Commercial Stallion Syndicates are regulated by the Corporations Act, which requires that they be operated as Managed Investment Schemes and registered with ASIC. The following Stallion Syndicates are currently registered with ASIC.

The following Stallion Syndicates have been established and are operated as "private" Stallion Syndicates in accordance with the requirements of ASIC CO 02/178

Sire Custodians Ltd acts as the Syndicate Manager and Responsible Entity for each of the above named Stallion Syndicates.

Prospective purchasers of shares in any Stallion Syndicate promoted or managed by Sire Custodians should refer to both our FINANCIAL SERVICES GUIDE ("FSG") and to the PRODUCT DISCLOSURE STATEMENT ("PDS") or INFORMATION MEMORANDUM (IM) relating to the Syndicate in which shares are being offered and carefully consider the contents of each document when deciding whether or not to acquire shares.
