Sire Custodians (S) Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Sire Custodians Ltd.

Sire Custodians (S) Pte Ltd (SCS) was officially registered with the MRA as a recognised company on 17 May 2005. Besides STC Racing Management, sponsored by the Singapore Turf Club, SCS is the other private syndication company approved to promote collective horse ownership in Singapore.

SCS horse syndication strategy is to import quality horses and manage them to achieve their full racing potential to win prizemonies for owners. Horses will be recommended by our in-house consultants with good connections to the bloodstock industry professionals.

The size of SCS syndications shall vary from 10, 15, 20 or 50 shares in order to make the offer price of the shares attractive to prospective owners.

SCS believes that the quality product has to be fairly priced to make it affordable and attractive to new participating owners in horse racing.
