Sire Custodians Ltd is, under the Corporations Act and the conditions of its AFS Licence, permitted to appoint authorised representatives to effectively enable them to undertake the promotion of Lead Regulator Approved Horse Racing Syndicates within the scope of ASIC Class Order 02/319.
